We began serving San Diego County in 1982. We have dedicated four decades to perfecting a variety of cleaning techniques including window washing, resilient floor care, power washing, carpet cleaning and sterilizing. Having originally served customers as a commercial janitorial company, we learned to provide a level of cleanliness that your owners and occupants expect. Our clients have included medical facilities, schools, laboratories, research facilities with clean rooms and sensitive materials. This experience has not only helped us perfect our techniques, but ensures that we understand the expectations of your clients, and can strive to meet those expectations by leaving your work product shining.
Although based in San Diego, we work on projects throughout Southern California. We have worked on projects of all sizes, from smaller tenant improvements to large, multi-building projects, box stores, hospitals, and universities. We are experienced with meeting the reporting requirements of prevailing wage projects.
